July is the month I was born. Well, not until the end. A true Leo girl. It's a hot, humid July and we're breaking
records for heat in this part of the US. The pastures are drying up and that doesn't make the goats happy. You do know I live on a
goat farm, right? On the upside, it's also a great month for writers. I just got back from ThrillerFest in NYC where I got to meet some
wonderful authors and pitch my own stories to some of the top agents in the biz.
I picked up a cute book at the airport. Knit, Purl, Die ... I'll let you know what I think as soon as I finish it :) So far, it's a
fun frolic in a nifty little town with some quirky gals. I think I'll enjoy it.
