It's the week before Thanksgiving and if you're like me you've got a grocery list a mile long and list of to-do's equally as daunting, but even with all that hanging over me, I'm already feeling that seasonal shift. It's joy, hope. It's peace in a frantic, hurried kind of way lol.

Thanksgiving heightens our awareness. We're thankful, outwardly so, and grateful for everything and everyone in our lives. For the rest of 2019, and as we welcome 2020 and the new opportunities, challenges, and joy that it brings with it, we'll be feeling closer than ever.

Don't get caught up in the stress of it. Instead, enjoy it. Pace yourself. Treat yourself!
