With Mother's Day right around the corner I'm already thinking about what more I can do special for Mom on that day. This is my favorite quiche recipe. It's a little sweet, a little savory, and all kinds of southern delicious. It makes a beautiful and easy-to-serve dish to eat as a meal or nosh on for a snack.
