They say life is about using the whole box of crayons.
I know I sometimes forget to vary my day, and priorities. To take those extra moments to enjoy the scenery or stop to smell the roses so to speak. Colors, like scents, are wonderful ways to stimulate memories.
Here's a pretty coloring page. Grab a box of crayons, or markers and go to town. Create something bright, or pastel, or heck use a pencil and make it shades of gray. Whatever you do it will be wonderful, because it will be from YOUR heart.
