Yes, this is home to the oldest dogwood in Virginia as mentioned in the novel. I had so much fun taking little pieces and parts of this small town and weaving them into a fun story that is filled with nostalgia, heart and some quirky residents that will keep you on your toes. I love Birdie and Winnie!
