If you love your books set in small towns and sweet you're going to love this story set in the town of South Hill, Virginia. I've taken some fictional liberties, but this is a real town in southern Virginia, and one of my favorite places to visit.
This little book is finally out in the world, and my heart is full. A South Hill Christmas Keepsake carries the charm of small-town traditions, the comfort of coming home, and that tender hope that arrives when you least expect it.
What makes this story special is how much of it is rooted in real places you can visit. The
merchants you’ll meet on these pages are inspired by actual shops right in South Hill. The town’s pride and joy, the oldest dogwood tree in Virginia, is real too. It stands just outside my favorite restaurant, 313 Franklin, like it knows it has a story to tell. That tree was there when the location was just the elementary school! I can only imagine the stories it could tell.
This book is for anyone who needs a reminder that it’s never too late for a fresh start or a stitched-together bit of joy. If you love hometown parades, good folks, pets with big personality, and the kind of Christmas magic that slips in through ordinary moments, I think you’ll feel right at home here. If you're alone this season, Winnie, Birdie, Hannah Leigh and Nate are sure to pull you into a warm hug, and you can become a part of the fabric of this town's holiday.
It's a quick, simple read that even at your busiest you can squeeze in. In fact, the busier you are, the more you probably need to take the break and unplug ro refresh and renew.
I’ve attached an excerpt so you can step into South Hill for a spell and see if it tugs your heart too.
Pick up a copy for yourself, and maybe tuck another into someone’s stocking. A good story shared is a little gift that keeps on giving.
Order today. Available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle.

Hugs and happy reading.
